You will be responsible for maintaining various transportation equipment provided by the company.
"Clifter", a high-speed, low-noise vertical carrier provided for the semiconductor industry, medical industry, logistics industry, etc., and "Loop Carry", which circulates between cleanroom floors.
Target products include the "spiral lifter" that produces effects on a limited site and the "high lifter" that achieves high-speed and high-precision performance. You will mainly be in charge of the following tasks.
・ Regular maintenance work ・ Maintenance
・ Disassembly of various devices and replacement of parts
·Troubleshooting
* Since software aspects such as control are handled by a separate group, the main focus is on mechanical maintenance and maintenance work.
The Work flow
- Formulate plans for inspection timing of transport equipment, securing of personnel, costs, etc.
- Carry out maintenance, parts replacement, and inspection of transport equipment according to the regular maintenance plan.
- Fill out the inspection report and report the inspection to the customer
